The Basics

👩🏻‍❤️‍👨🏼 I have an absolutely stunning wife, Marin, a toddler, Odin, and two German Short-Haired Pointers🦮🦮, Kaia (brown) & Maverick (black). More pictures below…

💪 I have many interests, but one that has been a pillar of my life has been staying healthy. From endurance sports to powerlifting and from ice hockey to golf, I like to try just about anything if it gets me outside and active.

My Future Goals & Plans

🩺 I am training to be an emergency medicine physician in the Twin Cities of Minnesota! I don’t have any plans for fellowship, but am actively engaged in several committees within my program and am very excited for some of the leadership opportunities I will have in my future career.

🏡 We bought a house in the suburbs which has been super nice. We love our neighborhood, have a fenced in yard for the dogs to have unlimited playtime, and we have even enjoyed some basic renovation projects!

🎥 I create content on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok covering residency, fitness, and my life!

⚖️ Life is super busy right now between balancing work, family, and fitness, but I’m always trying to learn something new, tinker on something at our house, or spend meaningful time with the people I love. It’s all about making priorities and finding balance.
